Processing time

Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri), excluding public holidays.

Delivery estimates

  • Croatia: 1–3 business days after dispatch
  • EU: 3–7 business days after dispatch (depends on destination & carrier)
Note: Estimates are not guarantees. Customs checks (non-EU) or remote areas can add days.

Shipping fees

  • Calculated at checkout by weight/zone.
  • Free shipping threshold (where enabled) is shown in cart.

Order tracking

You'll receive a tracking link once your order ships.

Wrong address / failed delivery

If a parcel returns due to an incorrect address or failed collection, we can reship (additional postage applies) or refund product cost minus shipping once it returns to us unopened.

Returns & Refunds

We follow EU consumer rules for distance sales.

Change of mind (EU 14-day right of withdrawal)

  • You may return unopened, sealed packs within 14 days of delivery.
  • Email orders@eatnocap.com with order number to start the return.
  • Returns must be unused, in original packaging, and well protected.
  • Return shipping: paid by the customer (unless the product is faulty/incorrect).

After inspection, we refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receipt. Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless we messed up).

Non-returnable items

  • Opened food items.
  • Items not suitable for return for health/hygiene reasons once unsealed.
  • Gift cards.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If something's off, contact orders@eatnocap.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos + order number. We'll replace or refund promptly.

Exchanges

Fastest option: return unopened items (per above) and place a new order.
