• We sell food products (granola) in 3/6/12-pack bundles and Build Your Own.
• Prices are shown in EUR and generally include VAT (EU).
• We may change products/prices or correct errors at any time.

• Orders are offers to buy; we accept when we send the shipping confirmation.
• We may cancel/refund orders for reasons like stock issues, suspected fraud, pricing errors.
• Payment is captured by our payment partner(s).

• If you subscribe, your chosen bundle renews on a monthly basis.
• You can modify/pause/skip/cancel before the renewal cutoff shown in your account/confirmation emails.
• Subscription discounts (e.g., –10%) apply only while active.

• Processing time: typically 1–2 business days.
• Delivery estimates: 1–3 business days (Croatia) / 3–7 business days (EU).
• Risk of loss passes on delivery to the address provided.

• Unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery (EU withdrawal right).
• Opened food can't be returned unless faulty.
• Return instructions, costs, and timelines are in Shipping & Returns.

• Cannot be combined unless stated.
• Subject to availability and time limits.
• We reserve the right to modify or end promotions.

• BYO composition is chosen by you on the product page.
